The Congress Secretariat has reserved limited number of rooms (120) in the student hostel of University of Bialystok. Organizers offer places in double rooms (without breakfast) in the University hostel (Żeromskiego St). Rooms can also serve as single if needed. Price per one bed per night is 45 PLN, regardless of whether the room is occupied by one or two persons. Room booking in the hostel has to be done during the online registration and payment will be necessary at the dormitory in the Polish currency.
The University hostel is marked with number 1 on the map. It is located about 1.5 km away from the conference venue (campus) and can be reached directly by bus number 11.
