- March 31, 2025: Registration opens
- Abstract submission closed
- August 10, 2025: Registration deadline without abstracts
- September 9–12, 2025: Conference dates
All deadlines end at 23:59 CEST on the specified date. We recommend submitting your registration and abstracts well in advance of the deadlines.
Conference fee list
- non-member 1500 PLN
- PSEPB member 1300 PLN
- student / PhD student non-member 850 PLN
- student / PhD student PSEPB member 800 PLN
Fee includes: attendance to all conference sessions, coffee and lunch breaks, certificate of participation in PDF, welcome reception, poster sessions with networking events
Cancellation policy: all cancellations are accepted only in writing addressed to psepb2025@ptber.org.pl
- For registration cancellations received prior to 6 June 2025, the refund is 100%.
- From 7 June to 4 July 2025, the refund is 50%.
- No refund is possible for cancellations submitted after 4 July 2025.
