You can trace the particular topic. To do that, log in to our site and go to the forum topic of Your choice. Press "Keep me updated" button - every time the content of that topic changes, an e-mail will be sent to You. The list of subscribed topics is available on Your profile > My notification settings, where You can also remove particular item to stop receiving notification e-mails.
